Responsabilities

The District Manager has the overall responsibility and accountability for the stores in his district. He manages and coaches the store personnel in order to achieve operational business objectives, sales targets and customer satisfaction through implementing Shurgard’s strategy and always compliant with the company’s mission and values.

He will report to the Market Manager/Senior District Manager

Profile

• A higher degree or equivalent through experience
• 3 to 5 years of people management experience within a retail multi site environment
• Fluent in French and Dutch
• Good operational level of English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
